A Nationally recognised commercial builder constructing projects up to $80m builds across a variety sectors such as Education, Health, Sporting and more!
This builder constructs interesting and complex projects, that will excite you to be apart of very unique projects.

Role:

Joining the business as a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for either a Sporting project or an Education New Build.
Both projects are flagship, complex and technical builds and will suit an experienced Project Coordinator or Site Engineer with New Build experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be:

  • Documentation: Lead the preparation of high-quality documentation and presentation materials for project pre-qualifications and formal tenders.

  • Procurement & Analysis: Manage the inquiry process for material pricing and subcontracted packages.

  • Bid Evaluation: Review and tabulate incoming quotes to ensure full scope coverage—verifying that quantities, quality standards, and timelines align with project requirements.

  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide informed selection advice on suppliers and subcontractors based on comprehensive price/performance analysis.

  • Technical Preparation: Execute accurate quantity take-offs and develop supporting tender materials, including sketches, preliminary programs, method statements, and minor temporary designs.

  • Utility & Authority Liaison: Engage with Service Authorities and Local Councils to identify and mitigate potential asset interference during the construction phase.

  • Compliance Management: Curate and collate essential submission components, including HSEQ plans and other regulatory documentation.

  • Submission Management: Oversee the final assembly and quality control of all tender and pre-qualification packages prior to delivery.

  • Variation Management: Analyse incoming quotes to assist in the preparation and reporting of project variations.

  • Quality Assurance: Administer the defect management process utilising Aconex

  • Operational Agility: Execute additional tasks as defined by the Project Manager’s roles and responsibilities matrix.


Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A construction related degree
  • Demonstrative experience working in the Commercial Construction Industry in Australia
  • 2-5 years of Commercial Construction experience in Australia
  • A driven, hardworking and willing attitude and be a team player willing to help your team mates out
  • Experience using Construction software such as Aconex, Procore, Hammertech etch
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia.
